About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Balance game systems, economies, and difficulty curves to optimize player engagement and retention.
• Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on player data and team input.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing best practices in game design.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in game design , with a proven track record of shipping titles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design contributions to successful games across various platforms.
• Expertise in game design principles , including level design, systems design, and narrative integration.
• Proficiency with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration .
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete, playable features.
