About the Role

Our client, an innovative game development studio based in Nottingham , is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Game Producer to lead the development of exciting new gaming titles. This vital role involves overseeing the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative development environment, and be the key liaison between the development team and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of one or more game projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, roadmaps, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams, including designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Champion best practices in game development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in game production or project management within the video game industry.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles across different platforms (PC, console, mobile).
• Strong understanding of the game development pipeline and various game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, Agile, Scrum).
• A deep passion for video games and an understanding of market trends.
