Senior Gameplay Designer — Football Manager (Hybrid)

Sports Interactive Ltd. is seeking a Senior Game Designer to lead the latest Football Manager feature designs. You will own features from concept through delivery, coordinating with design leadership, UI/UX and narrative teams.

You will balance systems, tune data and contribute to the feature roadmap while mentoring others. This hybrid role requires strong communication and hands-on prototyping in Unity.
