Astrid Entertainment seeks a Senior Gameplay Engineer to push AI, characters, and player experience in a fully remote, distributed team. You will design AI behaviours in Unreal, refine 3Cs (Character, Controls, Camera), and collaborate across design, art, and engineering to deliver fun, polished gameplay.

Strong C++ skills, State Trees/Blackboards, and GAS experience are essential, along with a proactive, mentorship mindset and a passion for co‑op multiplayer systems.
