Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive geological exploration plans, utilizing advanced geophysical and geochemical techniques.
• Analyze and interpret complex geological, seismic, and well-log data to identify potential resource targets.
• Conduct field assessments and supervise exploration activities, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed geological reports, resource estimates, and technical recommendations for management.
• Mentor junior geologists and contribute to the development of geological expertise within the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology, Geophysics, or a related earth science discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with a strong focus on offshore geology .
• Proven expertise in geological modeling software and data interpretation tools.
• Experience in supervising field operations and managing exploration budgets.
• Strong understanding of geological risk assessment and resource estimation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
