Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed geological models and resource estimations using advanced software.
• Conduct site investigations, core logging, and sample analysis to assess mineralisation and geotechnical conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive geological reports, presentations, and technical recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior geologists and provide technical guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in geological exploration, preferably within the mining sector.
• Proven expertise in structural geology, stratigraphy, and mineral deposit modelling.
• Proficiency with geological software such as Leapfrog, ArcGIS, and database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in challenging field conditions.
