About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations and site characterization studies for energy infrastructure projects.
• Perform detailed analysis of soil and rock mechanics to determine foundation design parameters.
• Develop comprehensive geotechnical reports and design recommendations for foundations, slopes, and earthworks .
• Oversee the execution of in-situ and laboratory testing programs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior geotechnical engineers and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong emphasis on energy sector projects .
• Proficiency in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar modeling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of foundation design principles for various structures, including power plants and substations.
• Experience with ground improvement techniques and slope stability analysis.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
