Key Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations, including site characterization, data analysis, and reporting.
• Undertake complex geotechnical design, including deep foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability analysis.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Provide expert technical advice to clients, design teams, and construction personnel.
• Mentor and develop junior geotechnical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with ICE or equivalent professional qualification.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Proven experience in managing complex geotechnical projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and leadership abilities.
