Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical site investigations, including intrusive and non-intrusive methods.
• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical interpretative reports, ground models, and design calculations for foundations, earthworks, and retaining structures.
• Develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies for geological hazards.
• Provide expert geotechnical advice and technical support to project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Review and approve designs and construction methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong track record in project leadership.
• Proficiency in industry-standard geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio) and design codes.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
