You will advise on complex cross-border employment matters across 100+ jurisdictions, partnering with Operations, Payroll, Mobility, Compliance, Sales and Product to enable global growth while managing legal risk.

You will lead high‑impact matters, mentor junior lawyers, build scalable legal processes, and help translate legal requirements into platform features with Product and Engineering.
