Senior Global Employment Counsel — Hybrid/Remote

Aztec Group seeks an experienced employment law expert to support the Group Head of Legal and lead employment matters across the business. The role can be hybrid or remote, delivering specialist advice to the People team and leadership as required.

You will manage complex issues, draft contracts and policies, advise on jurisdictional employment law, and collaborate with external counsel. PQE and UK qualification are expected; a proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.
