Senior Global Manufacturing Excellence Leader

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to drive world-class manufacturing performance. You will lead OE framework deployment across sites, improving safety, quality, cost and service while embedding a strong continuous improvement culture.

The role requires deep sector experience in snacking/confectionery, proven Lean six sigma capabilities and ability to influence across a global matrix organization. Regular travel to manufacturing sites is expected.
