Senior Graphic Designer - Digital Media

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic Arts & Entertainment division based in Aberdeen . This pivotal role involves conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's aesthetic and ensuring a consistent visual identity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and interactive content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to translate campaign objectives into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of design output.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies within the digital media landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of digital design principles , including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
