About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative department in Bradford . This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can translate complex ideas into compelling designs that capture attention and communicate effectively. You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaign visuals. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, you will ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Source and prepare final artwork for production, working with printers and external vendors.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in branding, corporate identity, and marketing collateral design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
