About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team in Leicester . This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our client's brand across all digital and print platforms. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and impactful communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a deep understanding of current design trends, working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment that values creativity and strategic thinking, and contributing to a team dedicated to pushing creative boundaries and achieving impactful marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling visual concepts for marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and digital content.
Create high-quality graphic designs for websites, social media, email marketing, and print publications.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and maintain design quality.
Oversee the production process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 5 years in a senior role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Experience with web design principles and UI/UX considerations is a plus.
