About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects from their vibrant Manchester office. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets that elevate the brand identity across all marketing and communication channels. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of creative assets, including branding materials, digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, and print collateral.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity, guidelines, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
• Stay informed about industry trends in graphic design, typography, and visual communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with digital design principles, including web and social media graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
