About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to enhance their creative team in Belfast . In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful visual designs across a range of marketing materials and digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and web development teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual communications. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media, advertisements, website assets, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
