About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen . This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and marketing collateral across various platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing engaging designs that resonate with target audiences and uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail, contributing to impactful visual communication strategies within the Arts & Entertainment sector. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead design initiatives and mentor junior creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.
• Experience in the Arts & Entertainment industry is highly desirable.
