Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their established team in Bradford . This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual designs across a variety of media, including print, digital, and branding materials. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand identity and project objectives. The ideal candidate is a master of design principles, possesses excellent technical skills, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, contributing significantly to the visual communication of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing collateral, branding, advertising, and digital assets.
• Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Design layouts and artwork for print materials such as brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in digital design, including web and social media graphics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
