About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their remote-first creative team, contributing to projects for clients based in Edinburgh and beyond. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across a variety of media, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-impact creative solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team. You will play a key role in elevating brand identities and creating engaging visual assets that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including marketing collateral, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
