About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role involves conceptualizing and creating compelling visual designs that align with our client's brand identity and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects, including marketing collateral, digital assets, branding materials, and website graphics. As a senior member of the design department in Stoke-on-Trent , you will contribute to creative strategy, mentor junior designers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior graphic designers.
• Stay current with design trends, software, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, including web and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs.
