Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their established marketing and creative department in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across a range of platforms, including digital, print, and branding initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate brand strategies into impactful visual communications. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, content creators, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and elevate the company's visual identity, contributing to a creative and collaborative studio atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print collateral.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute engaging visual narratives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
• Prepare final artwork for print or digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with branding and corporate identity development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
