About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team in London . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for our client across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design assets for web, social media, print, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects from brief to final delivery.
• Lead design projects, providing direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, project requirements, and accessibility standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve design output.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
