Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Norwich . You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages effectively across a variety of media. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy, as well as the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful design solutions. Working within a hybrid model, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your team in the office and work remotely, contributing to innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital assets, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and content creators to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into your work where appropriate.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on creative projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of typography , color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in digital design, including web graphics, social media assets, and email templates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a hybrid team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
