About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
• Develop engaging visual concepts for digital campaigns, websites, and user interfaces, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.
• Oversee brand consistency across all visual communications, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in both digital and print design, with an awareness of production processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
