Sophos is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Lead Lifecycle & Conversion to own the global lead lifecycle strategy from initial engagement to revenue. You will orchestrate nurture programs, buying signals, and account-based experiences across Growth Marketing, Operations, SDR and Sales.

You will design intelligent journeys, optimise conversion, and partner with regional teams to accelerate progression and pipeline outcomes. Remote-first with flexible hybrid options in the UK.
