Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and finishing services for a diverse range of clients.
• Perform advanced colour techniques, including balayage, highlights, lowlights, and full colour changes, ensuring beautiful and consistent results.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, recommend styles, and manage expectations.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized salon station, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous training.
• Assist in mentoring junior stylists and apprentices, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Hair Stylist, with demonstrable expertise in advanced colour techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative cutting and colouring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Proficiency with various hair types and textures, and knowledge of professional hair care products.
