Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and finishing services for a diverse clientele.
• Perform advanced colour application, including highlights, balayage, ombré, and colour correction.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their desired look, hair type, and lifestyle.
• Recommend and prescribe professional hair care products for home use.
• Maintain a high standard of salon cleanliness and organisation.
• Mentor and guide junior stylists, sharing expertise and best practices in hairdressing.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in hairdressing.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong focus on advanced colour techniques.
• Proven expertise in contemporary and classic hair cutting and styling.
• In-depth knowledge of colour theory and application across various hair types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive salon culture in Leeds .
