Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and finishing services for men and women.
• Perform a wide range of colour services, including highlights, balayage, all-over colour, and colour correction.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and technical skill.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Ensure the salon's workstations are clean, organised, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Recognised hairdressing qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist and Colourist.
• Proven expertise in advanced cutting techniques and contemporary colouring methods.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
