You will be responsible for delivering bespoke hair solutions, managing client relationships, and potentially mentoring junior stylists. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations, cutting, styling, and colouring services for a diverse clientele.
• Master and execute a wide range of colouring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and all-over colour applications.
• Offer personalised advice on hair care, styling, and product selection to maintain results between appointments.
• Maintain high standards of salon hygiene and client comfort throughout all services.
• Assist in the training and development of junior stylists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and consistent results.

Requirements

• Recognised hairdressing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist, with a strong focus on advanced colour techniques.
• Proven expertise in contemporary cutting, styling, and colouring methods.
• Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and colour work.
• Passion for the industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
