Our client is seeking a highly talented and creative Senior Hair Stylist & Colourist to join their prestigious salon in Belfast . You will be responsible for creating bespoke looks for a diverse clientele, providing expert advice on hair health and styling, and potentially leading a team of stylists. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and finishing services for men and women.
• Perform advanced colour services, including balayage, highlights, colour correction, and bespoke colour formulations.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing hair type, condition, and client lifestyle to recommend suitable styles and colours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques, and product lines.
• Ensure the salon's high standards of cleanliness and presentation are met at all times.
• Potentially mentor and guide junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in hairdressing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Hair Stylist and Colourist.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of colouring techniques and a strong portfolio of creative colour work.
• Excellent cutting and styling skills across various hair types and textures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client satisfaction.
• Experience with high-end salon product lines and a commitment to continuous learning.
