About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join their dynamic salon in Wolverhampton , offering a hybrid working arrangement. This role involves providing top-tier hairdressing services, including cuts, colours, and styling, whilst also engaging in remote client consultations and content creation for social media. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering trend-setting styles, and maintaining a high standard of service and salon presentation. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for hairdressing, excellent client management skills, and the ability to contribute creatively both in-person and through digital channels, enhancing the salon's brand and client engagement in a modern, integrated approach to salon services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of hairdressing services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques, and styling for diverse hair types.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their desired looks, hair concerns, and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on hair care, product selection, and styling techniques.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and organisation within the salon workspace.
• Develop engaging content for the salon's social media platforms, showcasing expertise and services.
• Offer remote consultations to advise clients on at-home care and potential services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Senior Hair Stylist .
• Proficiency in a wide range of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
• Experience with colour correction and advanced colour application methods.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on hair trends and techniques.
