Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding their needs, hair type, and desired outcomes.
• Perform a full range of hairdressing services, including precision cuts, advanced colouring techniques (balayage, highlights, root melts), perms, and blow dries.
• Offer specialized styling for events, weddings, and photo shoots.
• Maintain impeccable standards of salon hygiene and client safety, including sterilization of tools.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Mentor junior stylists, sharing technical skills and best practices in client service.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Hairdressing.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility.
• Expertise in modern colouring techniques and cutting methods for various hair types and lengths.
• Excellent understanding of hair health, treatments, and product suitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build client loyalty.
• A creative flair and passion for the art of hairdressing.
