- Provide expert advice on hair care products and techniques to maintain hair health and style between appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing education and industry engagement.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a qualified Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling capabilities.
- Proficiency in advanced cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and scalp conditions, and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments.
