You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining salon standards, and potentially mentoring junior stylists in the Oxfordshire area. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of hairdressing services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques (balayage, highlights), perming, and styling for diverse hair types.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, hair history, and desired outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on hair care, product recommendations, and styling techniques to maintain hair health and style.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the salon workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest hairdressing trends, technologies, and creative approaches.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Hair Stylist.
• Proficiency in all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical hairdressing abilities.
