Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hairdressing services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques, and creative styling.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and hair needs.
• Offer expert advice on hair care, styling, and product recommendations.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organisation of the salon workstation.
• Mentor and inspire junior members of the styling team, sharing expertise and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Stay abreast of the latest hairdressing trends, techniques, and product innovations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Hairdressing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Hair Stylist.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of colouring and cutting techniques.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills.
• A creative flair and passion for hairdressing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
