Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and perming.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide personalized hair care advice.
• Apply advanced colouring techniques and understand colour theory.
• Maintain and promote the salon's high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, styles, and product knowledge.
• Guide and train junior stylists, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Recognized hairdressing qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist.
• Proven expertise in colouring techniques, cutting, and styling for various hair types.
• Strong understanding of hair science and product recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
