Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to a diverse clientele.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and hair type, offering professional advice and recommendations.
• Demonstrate advanced techniques in color application, highlighting, balayage, and corrective color.
• Mentor and guide junior stylists, fostering their skill development and ensuring adherence to salon standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest hair trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Hair Stylist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, coloring, and styling for various hair types and textures.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and innovations.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
