The Digital Lighthouse is seeking a senior, hands-on Paid Social specialist to own a portfolio of paid social accounts, starting with Meta and expanding to LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest where relevant. You’ll be accountable for profitable growth, not just cheap clicks, and work directly with clients to drive revenue and margin.

You will lead an always-on creative testing approach, set the structure for testing, and read results honestly to guide next steps.
