Senior Hard FM Contract Manager – Central London

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Contract Manager to oversee Hard FM services at a flagship Central London building. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead an on-site engineering team, and ensure compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

The role requires a strong technical background in M&E, with experience in building maintenance and performance against KPIs. Monday–Friday, standard office hours, in‑person at the site.
