Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex analog and digital hardware circuits and systems.
- Create detailed schematics, layout designs, and bill of materials (BOM) for new hardware products.
- Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Perform component selection, signal integrity analysis, and power integrity analysis.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging hardware technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the field.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
- Strong understanding of digital logic, microprocessors, FPGAs, and power management ICs.
- Experience with hardware testing equipment and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proven success working in a fully remote team environment.
