Senior Health & Safety Leader - Rail & Infrastructure

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead the HSE function across rail projects, sites and offices. You will provide strategic leadership, practical support and a culture focused on safety, sustainability and wellbeing.

You will guide teams on legislative compliance, drive continuous improvement, and deliver training and coaching to staff and contractors. This is a permanent role within the rail engineering sector.
