Senior Health Care Lead: Person-Centered Care & Leadership

Eltisley Manor, part of Nouvita Healthcare Ltd, is seeking an experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to lead from the front and shape care standards on every shift. You will deliver holistic, person-centred care and train and supervise staff to ensure residents receive outstanding care with dignity and respect.

In this hands-on role you’ll support residents with daily living, assist nurses with medications, and contribute to service development.
