About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Architect to lead critical projects within their globally recognized practice, operating on a fully remote basis. This role demands exceptional expertise in designing and delivering complex healthcare facilities, requiring a deep understanding of medical planning, patient-centric design, and advanced technological integration. You will be responsible for guiding design teams, engaging with high-profile clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that set new standards in healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and delivery of major healthcare projects, including hospitals, specialized clinics, and research facilities.
• Provide expert guidance on medical planning, functional layouts, and operational workflows to optimize healthcare facility performance.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality design output and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and regulatory bodies to meet project objectives and ensure compliance.
• Drive innovation in healthcare design, incorporating best practices in infection control, patient safety, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Healthcare Architect , with a proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare projects.
• Professional qualification in Architecture (RIBA or equivalent) with a specialization in healthcare design.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards (e.g., HBNs, HTMs), and infection control protocols.
• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software essential for complex project coordination.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills, suitable for a remote working environment.
