We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Ellesmere Port.

The Role

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients while taking on additional responsibilities within the care team. Duties may include:

• Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
• Assisting with mobility and maintaining independence
• Supervising and supporting care staff
• Supporting new and existing team members
• Following and contributing to individual care plans
• Monitoring clients' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Supporting with medication where trained and authorised
• Liaising with other care and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
