Senior Highway Engineer — Hybrid, Pension & Bonus

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join their Bristol area team. The role focuses on design and delivery of highway schemes across the UK, with responsibility for high-quality technical designs and supporting projects through approvals.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years UK highway design experience, be proficient in Civil 3D, and able to mentor junior engineers while liaising with clients and stakeholders. Hybrid working with office days preferred.
