About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and intuitive Senior Holistic Massage Therapist to join their fully remote wellness team. This position focuses on providing expert massage therapy consultations and guidance via virtual platforms, helping clients understand their needs and how to achieve relief and relaxation through self-massage techniques and therapeutic recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations to assess clients' physical and emotional well-being and specific massage-related needs.
• Educate clients on self-massage techniques, stretching routines, and ergonomic best practices for home use.
• Recommend appropriate holistic therapies and lifestyle adjustments to support client health goals.
• Provide expert advice on selecting and safely using aromatherapy oils or other complementary products for at-home therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential digital client records, documenting consultations and recommendations.

Requirements

• A recognized professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT Level 3 or equivalent) with a strong holistic focus.
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing massage therapist.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and various holistic massage modalities.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly online.
• Proficiency with video conferencing software and digital client management tools.
