You will be responsible for providing personalized holistic treatments, guiding clients on their wellness journey, and contributing to the serene and professional ambiance of the clinic. As a senior therapist, you will also support the clinic's operational efficiency and potentially mentor newer team members. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of holistic therapies, such as aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki, and holistic facials.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their physical and emotional needs, developing bespoke treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care practices to support overall well-being.
• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Contribute to the clinic's positive atmosphere and reputation through exceptional client care.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed and support the clinic manager in daily operations.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications in multiple holistic therapy disciplines (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki Master).
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Holistic Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for various therapies.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a client schedule effectively.
