Senior Homelessness Prevention & Recovery Specialist Remote

The Bridge (East Midlands) is seeking a Senior Homelessness Prevention and Recovery Worker in Leicestershire. You will provide intensive, trauma-informed support to people facing rough sleeping and housing instability from Charnwood, with remote and community-based working.

As part of a small team, you will manage a caseload, help clients access accommodation and services, and coordinate multi-agency support while maintaining robust case records. Some evening/weekend work may be required.
