About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior HR Administrator to join their team, operating on a fully remote basis. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR operations for the entire organisation. You will be responsible for managing complex HR administration tasks, providing support to the HR team, and ensuring the accuracy of HR data and processes. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a remote setting.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with UK regulations .
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, generating reports as needed.
- Support the HR team with payroll administration, benefits management, and HR reporting requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative queries, providing timely and professional assistance remotely.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and contribute to HR projects.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an HR Administration role, preferably within a UK -based company.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing data and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships remotely.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Experience or aptitude for supporting remote teams is essential for this position.
